Marshal's Office is the local government institution involved in the region-related taks performance. It operates in the area of the Łódź province. As a partner of the Łódź Film Commission the Marshal's Office in Łódź shall facilitate contacts of film crews planning their shooting in the province with local authorities and regional institutions that might be regarded as the key ones from the movie producers' point of view. Regional Tourist Organization of the Łódź Province is the association created for the promotion of tourist and landscape attractions in the Łódź Province. It incorporates both local government entities as well as business enterprises involved in the activities aimed at providing support for widely understood tourism. Its operations are based on close relations between public and private entities. It is a source of information about most charming places in the region of Łódź to be used by filmmakers, too. Media Klaster is a network based on cooperation and established by common efforts of the Łódź region’s businesses, organisations and academic institutions to support the development of the local audiovisual industry.
